Made me cry watching it. RIP Alan Rickman. He was and always will be my favorite actor, he made Snape and no one else could ever try and be Snape because Alan made Snape special and no one could play him like Alan did. R.I.P. Alan Rickman aka Severus Snape.

I am so Lucky to have known Alan. He was nothing like Severus Snape, yet he did have a s]ark in him that gave a glimpse of how he did Play Villains so well. He was shy, determined, funny, sexy, and knew what he wanted. I am still devastated he is Gone, and I will always remember how unique he was. I Will Always Miss You, Alan... 🕊🕊🕊⚘⚘⚘💖💖💖

@@vivianphillips768 They were probably just regular friends. Alan was a very friendly and kind person, and he had many friends in many places - in the entertainment industry and outside of it.

I'm glad you got to know him, but Snape was not a villain, and Alan didn't play him as one. He said Snape had courage, determination, loyalty, and love...same as Alan, right? Severus Snape ultimately died for all those things. Severus Snape was Alan.

I fell in love with Alan when I saw him play Col Brandon in Sense and Sensibility- the Byronic romantic courtly hero- so handsome and quietly tragic, rightly rewarded by love in the end. And because Alan Rickman was playing Severus, I had that hope, that sense, that Severus was a hero, too. Alan Rickman was the perfect actor to demonstrate Snape's duality. Severus killed Albus not only as the loving act of a friend, but both Albus and Severus wanted to protect Draco's purity. Severus was both heroic and , again. tragic.
