I have a 2005 coachman cross country. Thank you for posting this video it is very helpful for my next phase of a big project.I like the way you go above and beyond to head off further problems.Will be fallowing you to learn more.

for how cheap it is, it sure is good insurance to just replace all the hoses and hose clamps (made in USA only). you can also store the originals if ya want. after 20 years the turbo technology has advanced a lot... usually a modern compressor and turbine in the original turbo is worth every penny. Ya know Gale Banks used water spraying on the coolers, .. he also had them mounted on the brake rotors centered on the fins... it's elbow grease and patience to do things correctly more than big money... My HR is CAT on a FREIGHTLINER chassis, ... My next BIG job will be 4" round tube / pipe bumpers 1/4" wall. and after seeing a few crashes with these, the cab will get a safety cage since I build off road race trucks... Looking at some videos, it doesn't take much to wipe out the cab... Being 20 years old, it's not a big deal to cut, drill , weld, etc.. But a newer pusher??? the $$$ amount is unreal, ya don't wanna touch anything. Being older, you could actually swap parts to make the 5.9 non computer in a dooms day pinch... keep up the good work.........................

Thanks for taking the time to do this video! I have a similar chassis and intend to do the same upgrades. Did you notice much of a difference with the fan?

Since the radiator was out, it would have been a good time to just swap out the engine and transmission too...no? I mean if you're adding a $10,000 radiator, may as well.
