Whoa. TRex Giga is a possibility after all. Glad they are working on a higher capacity single rail design too. That's great that Raptor exceeded his expectations. Also great to know why we haven't heard much about new Raptor clones. They want bigger and faster. I'll bet Six Flags and Cedar Fair are a couple of the park operators asking for that and the medium size single rail too.

Awesome interview! Alan was great and you asked some excellent questions. Thanks for asking about the T-Rex track; that sounds incredibly exciting. I rode Railblazer and a hypercoaster version of that would be out of this world! Super minor feedback (the interview was fantastic overall), but you did rush through the end of some of his comments, like you were clearly already focusing on the next question. It's hard to make organic transitions between questions while interviewing, especially if you're limited on time, but just something to consider in the future!

After that, I feel like I know him and RMC a lot more.

My home park is CP and I rode SV many, many times with people that had no idea what they were in for. Afterwards, they are of course always speechless with a smile on their face usually saying softly...OMG. It's so unfortunate almost none of them know who this amazingly talented guy is.

imagine john wardley and alan designing a coaster together. that'll be NUTS!

I could easily see the RMC I-box track coasters to be outdated in the not-so-distant future. Don't get me wrong, these are the best rides in the world at the moment, but with these new designs and concepts coming in the next decade that we've never seen anything like, the I-box will become a thing of the past. I think we'll start seeing less and less of them added in give or take 5-10 years. The raptor, t rex, and mid-tier track that was mentioned in this video will take the amusement industry by storm. My bold prediction: the mid-tier track with the larger train and layout will be first seen at Six Flags Great Adventure for the 2020 season.
