(11:30) This is perhaps the *greatest* way they could have possibly reintroduced the Flare Gun, with the next section of the lyrics kicking in right after you pick it up AND some Taken filing in so you can witness its power - they even give you enough ammo to be able to have some fun with it (even if it's not necessarily enough to get through the rest of the ballad without having to swap back to the revolver). This is an absolutely wild section, it makes sense that Sam Lake had to fight for it to be kept in the game, and I think pretty much everyone who played through this bit is glad that it got to stay.
