Then he starts trying to write his way out if the Dark Place, writing the thing that used to be Hartman, and the response that’s going to happen in the future in Bright Falls in an AWE spike. Wonder if that time the bureau finally cleaned out the his problem.

In the remastered version the QR codes you find (in the Nightmare sequence in Chapter 1 and in Emil Hartmans clinic) have the links changed up.

So this upcoming Max Payne 1 & 2 remake is going to have more connections to the Remedy Connected Universe, isn’t it. I distinctly remember in Max Payne 1 he remarks that he feels like someone is controlling him as if it’s a computer game

Unfortunately the remake is made by Remedy in collaboration with Rockstar. so since the IP is not a Remedy property they can't make important connections like those of Alan Wake in Control. But who know maybe meanwhile the will have back the IP.

@@gialy1 Well they bought the Alan Wake IP back off Microsoft, so they might eventually do the same with Max Payne. Rockstar games are nice to them, so they might be lenient in what Remedy is allowed to do. One thing for sure, is this remake is chance to showcase to Rockstar what Remedy is capable of doing
