I am so grateful to the person who created this mix.. i ❤️ it.. im working listening to it .. Alan Watts for me is the ultimate teacher.. i question what i hear from other teachers but no question arises with Alan Watts... i am time traveling with his words and this music 🙏🙏

Well put.. I ❤️ it too... I’m not joking when I say that I’ve probably listened to this a hundred times.. while working, while driving, while cutting the grass, in the shower, or like right now, as the wife and I lay in bed winding down from a long hard days work. So yea, thanks my friend 🙏

The whole goal of the inorganic robotic artificially intelligent machine is to prompt you to be miserable. Their goal is for you to be stuck in thinking rather than be lost to doing. If we can’t STOP THINKING for a moment, we can be. Oh and what magnificent thing happen when we just be. We finally play. It all becomes easy. Otherwise everything is heavy, like a giant weight on your shoulders. You must learn to LET GO of the weight of thinking. The weight of your phone. The weight of participating. We must reject an artificial existence and be present in our bodies. Smell the smells. Feel the feelings. No more numbing with screens and laugher from the hollow box. Use it like a tool, don’t be lost in its gaze. Adjust the weight of your head on your neck. Look around. Breathe.
