Some of my core takeaways are: create original IP, don't write using chat gpt, market innovatively, be unique and different, and create disruption. The S curve was very interesting and jumping before you plato, innovate and only through failing do we grow, that's why we need resilience to bounce forward. High tech and high touch (call before emailing, or do a zoom). You don't learn to ski by reading a book; that's why you need a coach who has done the work and can be on the slopes with you. Be an object of interest. The buyer-seller relationship is peer-to-peer.
