My father was born and lived close to Albania in Aegean Macedonia but the family left after the Balkan Wars. He used to eat the head and all too!😱 Their burek looks delicious. Our foods are all very similar. Albania has finally tasted freedom and they are enjoying it as they should.

Its funny most Albanians in Albania don’t eat breakfast, the closest thing to breakfast food is the triangle Byrek, but some boutique style coffee shops will have avocado toast with eggs, and other breakfast sandwiches

That song is Arberesh/Italian Albanian. Interesting choice for somone non Albanian. Albanians usually don't have a breakfast. Just a coffee.

I am sorry you could not find the race kosi dish. I think you were in Tirana and tave kosi is a traditional dish of the city of Elbasan. However, you could still find it there but there are specific restaurants that make it not breakfast or fast food places.
