Really a great composer to come out with such a beautiful song..and many more by him really are catchy and easily implanted in one's mind after listening to them only once. Down by the river, it never rain in southern California, when i need you are a few of his song which have made some cover singers hit the top ten.

Albert, every time I hear this incredibly beautiful song, I'm in heaven and still think, how was it possible to write such a perfect song that touches my heart and fills my soul with sublime bliss and happiness.I used to sinul with g this wonderful song, in the pubs in Sheffield Uk, but could never do it justice. Perfection personified. Thank you so much, for the love and joy, you have given to the world.

Es una canción de fuerza, de superación, y eso entra de mi campo, la terapia, es y son las canciones de Albert muy de musicoterapia, esa más que otras, y la de entre mis recuerdos también entre otras muchas. Y si las lágrimas vuelven, ellas te harán más fuerte...y es cierto

Nope, it wasn't Quincy Jones. Jones did produce a lot of songs and maybe rewarded the song once, but "One Moment in Time" was actually produced by Narada M. Walden, texted by Albert Hammond and John Bettis.
