Oh boy is alberta hard to be played. Its nerfs hurt it very significantly. Its dps, burst damage and survivability have tanked a huge hit. It wouldn't have been so bad, but the turn radius nerfs have made it incredibly tough to play. It cannot facetank the likes of dasp, allo and sucho. It doesn't outspeed them either. And you can no longer outturn and juke them either. Once they get on your ass its almost impossible to shrug them off. I didn't include them all, but I've failed to kill rexes, I've died to dasps and suchos a fair bit. It desperately needs either its turn radius back, or more speed, because barely outspeeding a rex while turning like a bus makes life very hard

Ngl, they seriously have to nerf the heck out of claw barrage if they haven't already, it's getting ridiculous how unskillful Sucho needs to be to play.

Agreed, its seriously boring at this point. Removed almost any skill expression from sucho and made it facetank playable number #1037

i main alberta, and seeing you play him even post-charge changes brings a smile to my face. i miss my 12 gauge ceratopsian. the way you utilize his kick ability is fantastic

I'm glad you enjoyed it! I used to love and main alberta; if you scroll to the bottom of my videos, you'll see most of them were playing as it lol And although its very mediocre now, I missed the grumpy lil trike, so figured I'd grow one and make a video

In my opinion he has the wrong load out for Alberta. No point not using stomp. Only get a 5% turning buff instead if stomp. Stomp has same cool down timer as the kick but has the same stomp as amarg and can be used while moving and does 120 damage, same as charge. You can land a charge then do a stomp as soon as your charge lands for additional 120 damage. Great for meg killing etc. My opinion

@@evanwerkhoven771 stomp is easily baitable, and if you want to tail ride anything you need as much turning as you can get. w berta's slow turns, esp w/o his 5% buff, things can easily get behind you and it's over. whenever i see an alberta w stomp equipped, i immediately know they don't know how to play berta.

Dasps bb and suchos barrage need a heavy nerf, achillos shred to as I’ve soloed an eo as Achillo without taking any dmg. Poor Albert currently struggles due to Dasp and stego struggles due to achillo/sucho

Im so glad i came across this video ive mained alberta for long as i can remember he used to to be great but with the recents updates as of lately he is so outdated an NEEDS a tlc i have no problems fighting suchos daps qnd most things etc. Im a damn good alberta player inspite of that i can say he is in a weird spot qnd you will definitely struggle if u aint got enough time put into him..hes too slow to out run anything they nerfed his turning an stam with the dumb stam rework update the two things that made alberta unique are now gone. Ive already put in suggestions to the devs they seriously need to consider them hes no faster then an eo ffs....and hes half eos size... why they increased his foot steps for whatever reason and make him as slow as he is then they NEED to upsize him like they did metri or increase his combat weight to 3800 or 4000 give him lone survivor so u can actually tank more since thats what devs are forcing u to do i guess or give him more speed not as fast as a styra but close cuz due to lack of speed an mobility he has now its a shame..u can only charge once which is usually the first initial attack then its just close quarters stomps kicks an weak ass head butt 40 dmg...like cmon now buff his head butt at the very least leave it to the devs the alberta introduced charge to the game and was only dino to have it an now he suffers the most with the dumb charge nerf which should only have applied to eo which makes sence... Make Alberta Great Again

Well good news, alb got super buffed on ptb. So it should hopefully be good again soon :)) (headbutt, headslam and stomp do more damage. Speed got buffed from 860 to 925 and it got a buff to tis turn!)

You did great in the video, but where do you think Alb stands at the moment? Does it need an upgrade, or do you think its "balanced" compared to various dinos that're a bit out?

alb really needs some buffs; it struggles very hard against other 3-4 slots like allo, sucho and dasp. It used to have an insane turn radius, which allowed it to juke and outmanuver them to win. But now its still barely faster than a rex and if an allo/sucho gets on your ass, you'll have to tank a lot of hits before you get around them. Not to mention all the cooldown and damage nerfs. Headbutt has a 20% longer cooldown, so does head slam +it lost some damage. Back kick lost a lot of damage too. Charge no longer does insta 120. A lot of nerfs but barely any buffs. It either needs more speed or turn radius increased

Flyers that pick a fight just to fly away before death and come back for more later just to lose are pathetically annoying. Just take the L instead of flying.

It’s not *horrible* but I personally don’t find it great. It only does 10 more damage than regular headbutt, while taking a lot of stamina and having a 1 second windup It’s not good against anything your size or larger, as it does less dps than using your headbutt and kick would. It can be alright against 2 slots and rats though; things that are hard to hit

@@frozentsunami damage per second Barrage attacks for example have really high dps, because they hit quick and hurt. A Rex stomp hurts a lot, so very burst damagey, but it’s dps is horrid, since it has a long windup and cooldown

Skilled players practically don’t exist lmfao. The only way to actually fight good players is to fight friends or scout people on KZfaq and ask for 1v1s

You might want to ask them to fight you if you want, there are servers with proper 1v1 areas so no one interrupts the fight! You can just ask to fight em so you appear in the video, if you are that skilled.
