hello everyone and thank you for stopping by to watch my video. Today im using Albrecht Durer Watercolour Pencils in Hanna Karlzon Book with a distress ink background.
Items used.....
Flower- Light cadmium yellow 105
Dark chrome yellow 109
Dark cadmium orange 115
Leafs- Permanent green olive 167
chrome oxide green 278
Extras- Hybrid dual metallic - Black/red
orange/yellow
Posca paint pen in size 0.7mm
Deco 3d paint in green (pearl effect)
Winser and newton Ink in gold
Background- Distress ink Antique linen
Fired brick
Spiced marmalade
Scattered straw

I have had a small set of Albrecht Druher watercolour pencils for over 30 years and they have travelled the entirety of Australia. Once the pandemic began I expanded my selection open stock and last Xmas I bought the 120 and in all that time I never activated them because I loved using them as pencils. Now I activate. Much love & *Virtual hugs* xxx

Oh I couldn’t not activate them pencils! That would be torture 😂 do you like them better once activated?

@@Colourmestressfree I love them as pencils first and foremost as I got them originally while doing an art class pregnant with my eldest child who was made in Israel and born in November 1988. I only activated them once I got the full set and I was astonished as they can be used both ways. Once activated they are beautiful and if my home was on fire they would be the first pencil case I would grab and I have lumys and lightfast. My first love is Albrecht Druher and my first piece with them was a big poster of Big Bird I did for my eldest son Luke as he insisted on a big Bird poster while living in Far North QLD. I used half my yellow pencil. Lol

Absolutely beautiful! I need those pencils!! Gonna be on my Xmas list I think lol. Loved the new editing, I ordered some distress ink almost 3 weeks ago, they haven’t arrived yet 😬😂

Loved your finished page and the new editing style for your video - I need to work on my editing skills, what software do you use? I really enjoy watching you use the different media on pages because that’s what I’m into too. Thanks for sharing and best wishes Debbie x

Hi K, I use Filmora software it takes a little getting used too and I’m be no means perfect at it 😅 still need to practice more but I do hope it shows on my videos! I love mixing things up! 💓

Beautiful😍I have got Hanna Karlzons coloring book recently and love it! It is the paper quality I had so far. I experienced little wilting of the page when I tried to paint the Background yesterday with watercolors(I used only a drop of water just to liquify the paint) ...now I am a bit afraid I wrack the picture on the other side of the page...

The paper should be fine as long as you only use a little water 💓

Loved watching, but oh! that repetitive sound was very testing. Please don't use such short repetitive clips. Better no music I think, or longer pieces. I have 24 Albrecht Durher and they are very nice. I read the other day that once dry they are permanent, so not like other watercolour pencils. I didn't know that. They melt very well indeed.

Oh I’m very sorry I still need practice with the new software but I’ll get there 😅 I didn’t know that either I haven’t tryed to reactivate them once there dry because normally I would have finished the page but I’m sure going to test that! Have a great day 💓
