What a trooper Kevin, trudging round in the rain for us lol. Think I’ll leave that area to the young ones and I’ll stick to the old part of town😁… it reminds me a little of Malia in Crete

Oh, how Albufeira has changed! We had our honeymoon there in 1980. Stayed at the Montechoro Hotel, right at the top of the road up from town. There was ONE ceramic shop half-way down and NOTHING else. The town had really good restaurants. We went back around 2000 and The Strip had appeared, not as busy as it is now, but what a difference!

It's changed so much but not at the same time 😂 last time I was there tho was 15yrs ago. Shame the two scotts bars have gone, one used to be across the road from the Grease cocktail bar (next to the shop with the bull) always was a great laugh on a night out. The other did amazing breakfasts. Do you know if Tom and Jerry's is still there? Their food was amazing.

Down the steps between Grease bar and Blue star, there is a good Irish Bar called Devlins.

Love the video. Lots of bars showing futbol or as we say here in the US, soccer. I'm going to go out on a limb here and guess there isn't much interest in NHL Hockey there, right?

Love watching your vids Kevin 👍 especially in Albufeira Portugal... Me and the misses have stayed at the Jupiter Albufeira Hotel the very top of the strip on 3 different occasions... Can't wait to get back there sometime soon (this year hopefully) and will definitely be trying the Chinese restaurant at bottom of the strip 👍

The strip is very lively but even the old town can be busy. Can recommend China Garden we went twice back in July19 was good. Thanks great video.

What a difference a month makes 😂we was there end of February beginning of March bottom of strip was shut, check my video to compare my walk with yours 👍 great video 👍 Also if you turn left at the roundabout at bottom of the strip 5 mins walk and there is more bars and restaurants 👍

The old town looks lovely… but this area is a bit too lively for me 😂😂

Was here last year and the albuferia is possibly the worst place I have ever been, I enjoyed the video tho😂
