The title track of our upcoming studio album “The Withered Roots of Reality” is now streaming on all platforms. We’re very proud how this one turned out and can’t wait to hear what you think about it!

Already written during the recording of our debut, this song instantly set the new direction for our upcoming album: faster and more complex than anything we’ve attempted before, yet also doubling down on the anthemic melodies and memorable riffs of our previous work.
Lyrically, the song deals with a frightening episode of derealization as a result of severe anxiety. Familiar surroundings distort as the fabric of reality is suddenly ripped asunder, the music twisting and turning unpredictably into fiery guitar leads and frenetic drums that are new to the band’s sound.
Only a brief respite occurs at the halfway mark before ramping up the tension again, introducing more classically inspired guitars before bursting into an incendiary climax. Whether the song ends in triumph or despair, the disembodied soul reunited with the body or lost to void forever, is left up to the listener’s interpretation.
