Please French media team, consider implementing the following: - Display all break-points - Display all set-points - Display full rallies - Do not spoil winner on thumbnail - Do not mind if vids are > than 3 min, that's ok. It's a 3 hour match

Alcaraz is a true tennis prodigy! A once in a generation player. After Federer, he is the only player (in contention for multiple slams) who seems like he's having fun out there, but at the same time beating the best players. Only a supremely talented person in their respective craft can do that. A player who makes the game look easy and joyous. I wish him a long , fruitful tennis career.

@@73edg Yes, Federer, Nadal and Djokovic were dominating the Grand Slams for all these years. But it's not gonna be like that now with the new bunch. They're gonna win the Slams in turns. Sinner, Alcaraz, Medvedev, Ruud (he has to start winning some Slams, he has came close 3 times!), Zverev, and a few others, they're gonna be the contenders now that Nadal is almost retired and Djokovic is falling apart. I think that Djokovic is gonna win at least 1 Slam this year (well, Wimbledon or the US), but the other 3 maybe they'll go to 3 different players. And that's good. p.s.: As for Tsitsipas, I don't think that he's ever gonna win a Slam. He doesn't have the psychology for that. And he's a much inferior player that all the others that I mentioned. He's only good in Monte Carlo, for some reason. It's better than nothing!

To finish it out with the drop shot is more like saying, buddy, I own you. Don't stress... Pure class from Alcaraz. Like he said in the press, he has the key to Tsitsipas game. Tsitsipas needs to elevate his game by not just playing but making return balls harder for his opponent to bring back. He needs to put balls where it's impossible to return. He is a great player, but he needs to work harder. His returns are so weak, his game is not on Alcaraz's or Nadal, or Djokovic, Sinner, or Roger's level. Nice game overall.
@Renavatio2586
@Renavatio2586 Ай бұрын
Stefanos doesn’t have much defense from the backhand corner. It got to a point where he was kinda bunting balls back and hoping they got some depth. When you get pinned back there as a one-hander you HAVE to find a way to either achieve depth on your ball or be able to maneuver safely so when you are able to get a forehand you’re not always running out to it. Roger and Dimitrov do a much better job in that area with at least using the slice to achieve that. Stan also has the strength to drive through the ball if needed too.

It's a massive pity that Sinner-Alcaraz is playing in the semis. It should have been the finals! These two have been the most dominant players in the tournament so far. My prediction (praying it doesn't come true). Sinner is going to take the legs of Alcaraz in a brutal 5 setter, but the Spaniard will prevail. Ruud will play an exhausted Alcaraz in the final and win his first and possibly only slam.

@@Tom-sx6nn no.The reason is tsitsipas has a very poor backhand,return and poor defense.Alcaraz hits heavy with a lot of topspin on tstsipas' backhand which exploits it regularly,whereas sinner is not much of a topspin player.Also alcaraz is elite at the net which helps him put away tsitsipas's poor returns,sinner is average at best there.Alcaraz also has the best dropshot in the world,and with tsitsipas always expecting a heavy topspin forehand by alcaraz on his backhand,he is forced to stay far from baseline,which gives alcaraz time to execute his already elite dropshot.Sinner on the other hand does not have a good dropshot at all,it almost always drops short.Alcaraz is just a horrible matchup for tsitsipas,you could already see tsitsipas accept defeat by his looking at body language yesterday.Alcaraz played at 60% of the level he played against tsitsipas last year,but still won comfortably.

I know this series was going to be 3-0 or 3 set to 0 for Alcaraz. Based on the highlights I've seen, he's back in his absolute top form but so is Sinner❤❤❤!! With Edmonton Vs Florida Stanley Cup Finals and Sinner and Alcaraz ...PURE EXCITEMENT SPORTS!!!

They didn’t even show the moment in 2nd set tie breaker when Sassy in his typical childish behaviour starts complaining about the “extended grunts” from Carlos implying that he is intentionally distracting him. Carlos does cheekily smiles though 😈

Tsitsipas was right! Alcaraz does indeed have extended annoying grunts. Compare Sinner-Dimitrov match with this one. What a joy was that match to watch with no grunts. As much as I like Alcaraz, he is quite annoying with those grunts.

That’s probably the only part I don’t like about his game tbh. But on the other hand I do remember Tsitsipas putting it on melatonin for the RF drubbing last year. Alacraz movement is extremely good against him, for some reason he is almost always in the right position.

Djokovic must be kicking himself and cursing his injured knee. This was a golden opportunity for him to secure his 25th slam. Alcaraz and Sinner are going to wear the hell out of each other in the semis. And Djokovic, if he had met either in the finals, is a master of wearing players down and taking their legs. Missed opportunity.

Not that straight forward. He had already played two five setters. He had to face Ruud which would involve another long grinding match. If he won, then zverev which would be more of the same. Alcaraz/ sinner have had easier matches and they have plenty in the tank. As does Ruud. We will find out

@joyboi2708 You're seriously underestimating Novak Djokovic. That's what I've learned from observing him for years. Any other player i would have agreed. Djoker is a master of pacing himself. He plays according to his opponent. Even at his current age, he is very much capable of playing 3 more grinding matches to lift the title.

@@AdiN-ky3rk Yes, he is a master at pacing himself but he is not a superhuman at 37. Eventually long matches will take their toll and he can't win 5 consecutive 5 set matches. None of the remaining matches (vs Ruud, maybe zverev, Alcaraz or Sinner) were going to be cakewalks and eventually it would have caught up,only one can't predict when

For a top 10 guy, Tsitipas probably has one of weakest backhands I've seen. If he can't improve upon it, I don't see him winning any Slams.
