I find it useful mounted in my Vehicle out of sight. I use it for communicating data from Cameras, Lights, a Raspberry PI3 media center, and OBD II information to me 24/7 anywhere i may be. My data usage is nowhere close to the limits of the plan and provides for my needs.

I just purchase a unlocked version and a t-mobile SIM ($71). It works great! Thanks for the video. Bit nervous at first walking through the steps, but it all worked. Suggest you take your camera phone and take pics for the information under the cover of the phone. You will need it for the install as you pointed out. You can also pinch zoom the pic to better read those tiny numbers. Why an unlocked version from Amazon. So I can switch carriers if every I need. :-)
