English: A distant prayer that carries the evening wind Enlivens leaves in their languid dance. It's the song of the old trees, sung for you, For the shrouded woods remain asleep. So many seasons have passed without waiting for us; The golden leaves perish on the ground They will be reborn under a radiant sky, As this weatherworn world remains the same And tomorrow, you and I will be gone.

I loved someone once, so deep that I used to imagine a life together. The love that I had felt so beautiful, it felt so ethereal. However the person I loved so dearly taught me that life was going to be hard to me, which it was. I traveled, met new people, went to the busiest cities bursting with life. Even in a crowd I always felt alone, but that love that was left inside me never died. Years later I realized that love was something else. It was the song of my soul. I never stopped loving, for I love everything in this world. I love the beautiful blue skies, the fresh dew on roses. I love earth's creatures and her fruits. I love the light. Love is you, and love is me. and above all, I love Alcest. 🤍

`Shoegazing (also known as shoegaze) is a subgenre of alternative rock that emerged from the United Kingdom in the late 1980s. It lasted there until the mid 1990s, with a critical zenith reached in 1990 and 1991. The British music press-particularly NME and Melody Maker-named this style shoegazing because the musicians in these bands stood relatively still during live performances in a detached, introspective, non-confrontational state, hence the idea that they were gazing at their shoes.
