This was a really, really beautiful scene. :( And so sad. When he said "I could not cry. It felt like... I was really abandoning you there." It broke my heart. The guilt he was feeling. And then how vulnerable he looked as she hugged him, and how he finally slept right next to her. It broke my heart! It was like finally seeing him. Beautiful, I feel like crying. You know those times when you just watch a scene and something in your heart moves? This is what I felt while watching this scene. Yes, sure there are 1 million scenes that make me cry in various movies / tv shows out there, but this was one of those rare gems. Something in my heart... how to explain? In any case, it feels like hurt, sadness, longing, love, need to protect and something else.

I felt the same😢. Is it already out in your country? I have to wait until January because it hasn’t aired in mine yet😭 and to calm myself I watch bits and pieces in YT which helps at first and then I get mad because I don’t understand why it doesn’t air at the same time if it’s the same platform😔.

Damn. Finally someone who had the same sentiments as me when I watched it. I don't know why I wasn't happy that they kissed. I was so sad for her because I knew deep down that it was not really for her yet.

He thought he was talking to Mudeok you know that right ? It was not intended for Buyeon. I wonder if he even knew who he was kissing in the end. This episode was bullshit. Complete filler episode when they can't even afford filler episodes

@@ueng928 The rice cake metaphor is not enough evidence. He has to BELIEVE that Buyeon is Mudeok before he makes a single move towards her. And he does not believe it yet. Hell she doesn't believe it herself.

Though she is the real "Naksu" inside Bu Yeon Body having amnesia not knowing who she really is.. I feel hurt because Jang Uk might use her as boundary to forget Mudeok (Jin Buyeon) Naksu once shifted in S1 and to see in S2 Buyeon(Naksu) although she knows nothing at all, she's already falling to a broken man she once caused pain.💔 I mean Jang Uk true love is the same girl, it's Naksu but I can understand UK's pain after he have gone through. Hoping for a happy ending for Naksu & Jang UK for real this time!!

Sure he was drunk at first but was he drunk after he woke up? That answer answers everything. It feels bittersweet to see our ukie moving on. Though we know that he is falling for the same person but from his perspective we can see that he has finally decided to open his heart albeit slowly. He will always love mudeok and cherish their memories but at the same time he is now falling in love again even before knowing that they r the same person. It's life. Its beautiful and bittersweet.

I've pointed out in another thread, Uk fell in love with the soul of Naksu. He knew from the beginning Naksu's soul shifted into the body of Mu Deok. Everything about their relationship was Uk and Naksu, her personality, her emotions, her being a powerful mage, her being HIS MASTER and her SOUL!! So it be awful if others want him to be shallow and not love Naksu, but Mu Deok; and also his would be undeserving of his powers of the ice stone. Lastly once Uk realizes that Jin is in fact Naksu, then he can reunite with his SOULMATE. People forget that the Mu Deok was outed as a soul shifter and went "wild" and killed people. So bringing the My Deok version of Naksu cannot be done! They would want her killed!

If you review the scene, you can see he was obviously drunk and mistaking her for Mudeok. He even stated that he felt like he had abandoned her at the cliff.

I don’t think he mistaken her as Mudeok. He said he felt like he abandoned her at the cliff, could also mean that he felt bad for letting her stay stacking up the rocks and walking by herself home. I mean, that’s why he was following her in the end…

Probably, but I hope not! There is a still from episode 5, where the Master Lee Cheol is walking behind him in the forest. So maybe he'll learn the truth.

I wondered that too, but then the foggyness went away it showed Buyeon and looked like he saw Buyeon. This clip is longer in the original version. And the way he said he thought it felt like he abandoned her made it seem like he relealized she is Naksu. I'm hoping at least. 🙏🏼❤

He was unconscious when So-Yi gave him the blood parasite, not realizing that he could die unless sorcery is practiced. She needs to know this, so maybe she'll tell him or just cut it out herself.

Gosh .. what's wrong with you people... although he doesn't know that she is Naksu but still he feels some connection.. As far as this kissing scene is concerned then he was totally drunk and sad, he took her as Mu deok also the things she told her earlier giving Uk a thought that she might be Naksu although that's not very much clear right now.. I don't understand that why some people don't understand the emotion of this particular moment, this guy couldn't cry his whole heartedly even...it's just the moment ..it's not like he has accepted her completely...
