I honestly didn't expect to see the Alcor down. Interesting system they employed for power feed engagement, I think it's the first time I've seen it somewhere else than the power feed selector on vertical heads.

those pins i think are safty pins so you dont damage the gears because gears are harder to make maby previous owner broke the original pin and they replaced with a softer one , and got broken by the material getting tired over time happy for you that was only the pin
