I know it's really sad, but if you look at the score sheet, which is really hard to see, they accidentally scored Chloe 2.5 points over the point limit in one of the categories. Abby wasn't making it up 🤷🏻♂️

At 4:16 (not at this exact moment) I was told that Maddie actually did a front Aerial which gives you more points because of difficulty, and Chloe did a side aerial which gives you less points because a front aerial is more difficult than a side aerial, so in the end Chloe was set up

@@sophia-rl5ln Yes, Chloe actually won. You’re right about the aerials, but even tho Maddie did do the front aerial (which you’re correct, it does up the difficulty score) she also bobbled out of her turns and her technique wasn’t as up to par as Chloe’s at this time. But I definitely believe it was a set up (that didn’t work out) because the dances should have been exactly the same but Abby put the front aerial in Maddies solo to try and give her a leg up, and it didn’t work out.

I’d recommend watching MackZBoss’s video on the subject, she shows the score was indeed wrong as in the episode the scores were shown and Chloe did get the 27.5 points in the choreography section, which only had 25 points.

I started to cry when Chloe started crying about how she thought she won but she was happy for Maddie. Chloe is amazing and she is one of my fav girls from dance moms. She has such a big heart and I don’t see that with Maddie. And it made me sad that Maddie was such a brat when Chole “won” I wish I was like chloe a beautiful talented kind hearted girl

There was an error in the scoresheet for Chloe’s solo she had a 27.5 in the choreography category when the maximum points was 25. They showed the scoresheets in one of the season 3 specials (can’t remember which one) it was still wrong of Abby to take Chloe’s win away

Girl😭 I like coming back to this compilation solely for the end. Abby was the cockiest she had ever been regarding a dance. Even if the humbling didn't work, she needed to get knocked down a few pegs.

No, Chloe did not actually win. If you watch videos from the actual competition you'll see Chloe was given 27.5 points in the choreography section when it only had 25 points. Maddie actually won. The producers do stage a lot of things, but they didn't stage this.

When Maddie and Chloe did the same solos, Abby actually still set Chloe up to fail because in the solo Maddie does a front ariel and Chloe does a side one so of course Maddie was gonna get more points and she knew it.

Her job is being a dance teacher and chiriographer, she is not a dancer and never claimed to be. Howerer harsh she may be with the girls you have to admit that she is a great choriographer, my opinion.💗

@@sarabibby6796 Okay so I am in the dance industry and it's harsh for a reason. Just because they're kids doesn't mean you feel sympathy for them. Dancers get cut, hurt and critiqued and if they can't take that then they shouldn't be a dancer. Kid or not, your ability can be years ahead of your age. Without that extra push, they'll just lack.

That's not true bro. Maddie actually won. If you rewatch videos of the performance (not from Dance Moms) you'll see that Chloe was scored 25.7 points in the choreography section when it was only 25 points. Maddie did actually win. I haven't seen the website but they did announce that Maddie was the actual winner when people were starting to leave the competition,

@@piperstjohn4770 that was for drama the judges were handed two scoresheets. Christy had already said for the drama they made maddie win and aired her first dance in comparison with chloe's dance. The judge also stopped christy that supposedly scored chloe wrong that chloe in reality won but the producers wanted drama so gave maddie the win on the show.

The anger in Maddie’s eyes when she got 3rd. But she quickly recovered and smiled. 💀 Although it’s sad that Abby messed her head up so much that she feels she failed for getting 3rd when most people would be lucky to get that and be happy with it. The whole perfectionist thing was pushed on her so much that she started to believe it and live it and I feel for her.

I have 3 siblings and I still think that Maddie was mean to Mackenzie. There were a lot of times where Melissa showed favoritism for Maddie, and she didn’t stick up for her. I have a little sister and we have a similar age difference as Maddie and Mackenzie. At least compared to my relationship with my sister, Maddie was not a great big sister.
