If you use 3/4 fingers layout, it's actually easier to beam someone like that since you're using your third finger to track the enemies movement while shooting the enemies. If you're a thumb player, tracking enemies movement would be harder since you're only relying on your aim thumb to track+shooting while the other thumb focus on your movement.

Pretty sure he use ADS + Fire button to shoot instead of ADS to Shoot button. Using ADS button to scope up is faster than relying on the ADS to Shoot button.
