Thanks Armi, love the great vid! Overall a thorough walk-through. Mayron kaming similar unit sa Sylvan. If you don't mind me asking a few queries sana: 1. Has DMCI decided on the monthly maintenance fee for Alder yet? 2. Are there rough-ins for ceiling fans in the bedrooms? 3. Does DMCI allow minor upgrades e.g. replacing the wall-hung sink in the common washroom with a counter top vanity? Thank you uli, appreciate any clarity you can provide. Arny R.

Great to hear you love the video! I strive to make it as detail as possible especially for those who are based out of Metro Manila or PH. Here are the asnwers to your questions. 1. Admin said it's 100 pesos per sqm. 2. Ceiling fans - you can change the ceiling light with a light + ceiling fan on it. Or you can put wall fans. You might need to put an extension to reach the outlet. 3 yes, you can. Check out the common bathroom in this mulberry 3br. The owner changed the lavatory and it's with cabinet below it. hi there! the gym is in Manzuria building and will be completed by Sept 2024. there will be a close-up view of the pool in the next video but not all pools because they were still barricaded when I did shoot the video

All the 4 buildings are 18-storey high. Highest floor is called penthouse.

You can’t tell them that there is no wiring and under those sockets there is wiring just no receptacles. You cannot wire through concrete after the fact.

Thank you for sharing your experience! In my case, I found that the socket for the compressor in the balcony only had a placeholder rope indicating where the wiring should start. It’s definitely a good idea to have an electrician inspect it to ensure everything is properly set up. It’s always better to be cautious and get a professional opinion, especially when dealing with wiring and concrete. Safety first! 😊🔌
