Come into ALDI with me see what I bought for a week of groceries for my family of 5. I always use items from my pantry/freezer as well. I share my dinner meal plan at the end.
Also, I do NOT buy my groceries exclusively at ALDI, but they're the first place I try and my favorite to shop at.

Cornflake Potatoes (learned from my MIL):
Ingredients:
5 large russet potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 stick of butter (8 tbsp)
4 cups cornflakes
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Paprika (1 tbsp +/-)
Seasoned Salt (1 tsp +/-)
Chili Powder (1 tsp +/-)
Garlic Powder (1 tsp +/-)
Onion Powder (1 tsp +/-)
Preheat Oven to 350. Melt 4tbsp butter. Once melted, evenly speard butter on pan and place potato spears on pan. Cover with 2 more tbsp butter. Bake 20-30 minutes. Flip potatoes, cover with 2 more tbsp butter. Spread with mixture (cornflakes, shredded cheddar and seasonings). Bake additional 20-30 minutes. We error on the side to 30 minutes to ensure potatoes are well cooked. Remove and serve!
