Hello friends, it's Alicia back with another ALDI Grocery Shopping Haul! Today I'm restocking my fridge and pantry with fresh fruits and vegetables and also picked up foods for our 4th of July celebration!
Recipes:
Creamy Chicken Goodness - ourcrowsnest.c...
Instant Pot Chicken & Rice - ourcrowsnest.c...
Broccoli & Apple Salad - ourcrowsnest.c...
Mexican Corn Dip -
3 cans of Mexican Style Corn (drained)
1 can of Rotel (diced tomatoes with green chiles)
3/4 cup Mayo
1 cup Sour Cream
2 cups Shredded Cheese (Cheddar and/or Mozzarella)
1 tsp each of Cumin, Chili Powder, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Paprika, Salt
1/2 bunch Green Onion (about 7-8 green onions sliced)
1/2 bunch of Cilantro, chopped
Mix everything together and chill for at least an hour before serving.
