Great to have a black shopper performing a re-worked version of a song originally performed by a black singer. Also, great to see shiny fabrics on screen. So much is grey, black or beige these days.

No matter what spuermarket you match, you are ALL overpriced and everyone is depressed at the checkout and not a single dance from anyone so cut the crap and say "Yeah, we're expensive, but were just a tad bit cheaper than the others". Now that would be more just and honest.

That's your Brexit bonus, right there - higher prices, smaller sizes, alternative ingredients, less variety availability since leaving the EU and all food items (until border checks were introduced in April, 2024) potentially below the EU's high food standard ratings and/or lower than UK's reduced food standards.

Aldi actually are really cheap though if you buy their own stuff. Roughly a third £ of named brands. Much cheaper than Asda, tesco, and Sainsbury by a mile. I've done a LOT of investigating.

How disappointing Aldi! Definitely gone down in my estimations. High jacking an English advert with black culture rubbish just to tick a box. Such a well loved British supermarket just completely destroyed itself with a dumb rap advert! Lidl it is!
