Stupid trial, he is an actor not a prop or safety guy. He has been given and used guns on other movies and no one was killed in those films.

This whole thing is stupid. It was an accident. Why is he being taken a trial all over something that wasn't his fault it's the prop master's fault whoever handled that prop weapon.

Guilty! He was more or less the Boss on the film set. And gun safety is your responsibility. That gun is in your hands you are responsible.

As a producer Baldwin helped create an unsafe set by hiring an inexperienced armorer and then piled on extra prop responsibilities to the ONE crew member who must NOT be distracted from doing their job correctly.
