I have been listening your videos from one week but the first I wanna to give answer honestly...I have been spending time for English from the one year...I thought I would give equal priorities to all of four...but for the first time I have realized that all are not equal...we should spend more time what we need..I am spending more time reading novels and craving to watch the english tutorials.. but this videos helped me to spend time with speaking first than others....I have got the point that we knowingly or unknowingly listening and reading english...I am mesmerized for this statement...now I don't neglect my reading but I will distribute my time to speak in daily....Thanks miss and your videos are mixing english with psychology.. superb....thank you....

One of the Major Problem People Faced While Speaking in English is That They Translate The Sentences. But Instead of The Translation, You Have To Learn How To Think In English. That's When You Can Speak English Fluently. Learn To Think In English 1. Throughout Your Day Make Sentences In Your Head About What is Happening Around You. Do This Exercise 3-4 Times A Day. So That Way You Can Start Thinking in English. 2. Recap Your Day In English Before You Go to Sleep.

Mam I am impressed by your idea. I have one more trick to improve English: First imagine the different situations which can occur while speaking. Try to make sentences and write those sentences on a piece of paper and check them for any grammatical error. Speak those sentences in front of the mirror or anyone whom you trust the most. This will build your confidence. Try this during lockdown period *I hope it will help you all.*

@@devendrasingh-jw6xf 'Listen more and speak less' isn't suitable here, we're trying to improve our speaking English so we have to speak no matter what. @@devendrasingh-jw6xf And one More thing sir, If you're talking about knowledge then it's on going process, you can't wait to have enough knowledge to start speaking. Your Knowledge will improve on a daily basis. Reading, Listening, writing & speaking are co-related with each other but according to our situation we should divide our focus. Obviously if someone is not aware of basic grammar then he/she must learn some basic to start speaking.

Hello Aleena! I think I have 50 : 50 ratio. I am a lawyer by profession. So as a lawyer I have to do all the four activities (and a fifth one too: thinking 😀). And I think I am fairly good at all of them in equal proportion. 🙂 I have to read a lot (reading). I have to listen to my clients which involves listening. Then I have to draft their cases: petitions, replies, plaints, complaints, suits etc. and this involves lot of writing. And also I have to argue their cases and there goes lot of speaking. All these activities are very much creative, and also influential in the sense that they have the effect of influencing or persuading someone. It may be a client, or it may be a judge. But all that happens in purely work-related area. What appeals to me most is your mind blowing idea of being 90% creative..... in a non work area.... for general people. Anyways! that was too much about myself. You made a very great video. I loved the idea. And would try to implement it. Loved watching your video. Thank you very much for creating it. 🙏🏼

You're expert in figuring out what's the root cause of the problems most of the students face while on this marathon journey of learning English. You're doing your part well. Let's see if we are able to do our part honestly or not. You're one of your kind. Amazing! I also experienced a great thing about learning English, esp. if we talk about creation and that is that our mind works on a scientific principle, the principle of Inertia, that says---'An object tends to always remain at rest or in motion unless and until an external force is applied to it.' Similarly, our brain has kind of tendency to do easy things that come in its comfort zone. It sort of wants to avoid doing creation because creating things requires efforts that our brain doesn't tend to make. But the interesting thing about the mind is that it also works the other way round. Once it comes in motion and starts doing creation part, then it always tends to remain in motion and makes us feel that it's easy to create. But again, this mind is much likely to come at rest and stop doing creation as there are a lot of distractions as external force. So, we again need a push to our mind. In fact, we may need such pushes for couple of months or a year until our mind feels at home about speaking English and adopts this second language as our own. Thanks. ☺

In my opinion, Reading and listening is input where as writing and speaking is output. We need more input to get out put. The quantity and quantity of out put depends upon input. Reading more words and sentence will come automatically. But u should not fear to speak. Make maximum use of what you learned.

Thanks Aleena di for this topic.I have been consuming 95% & creating 5% . I watch English movies, read many books but recently I have been also trying to speak in English . Sometimes I speak to myself (my mother thinks I am mad) & I also talk with my friend & my sister in English. Recently, I also met an impeccable u tube channel like yours i.e THE URBAN FIGHT .She had suggested to try the cow method which also helped me a lot. 😊😊

In my opinion, we can learn english by clearing all the doubts like where we use this structure sentence. Concept is the main thing of any subjects. We don't get that type of concept from our teacher. So, this is the main problem of our educational system.but ma'am , you speak in a expression like a native speaker do.

Thank you for your awesome suggestions because earlier morethan 75% I practiced for consumption by reading, revising grammar formation, and writing. But after your suggestion, definitely now I'm going to change my practice schedule. From now onwards I'll practice 60% for creation and 40 % for consumption. And I want to improve my writing as well, because I did lots of mistake to write wordd whenever I wrote

Hey Aleena! You're doing great and your contents are up to the mark. Here is something that I strongly feel should have been added in this video. The construction and creation part is very much accurate but we need to consider that in order to write something we have to read first and to improve our speaking we have to listen first, so I believe both consumption and creation works simultaneously. You should think and practice like this to make things more effective. Whenever you read something, write about it in your own words plus when you listen something narrate that in your own words. General suggestion from my personal learning experience. Hope it will work for anyone. Btw keep up the good work. @aleenaraislive.

Instead of reading books. Read newspapers as the articles in newspapers are short and cover various aspects of life, the progress will be very faster. I think reading books or novels would not really help. Reading books or novels is good for youngesters below 16 yrs as that would help them in building their creativity as youngesters have ample time left in their life.

This is the best conceptual thing to describe the way to learn English fastly, because mostly people will make more time for consumption of learning things rather than presenting them in speaking or writing, However they think that watching videos will make them more efficient in English, but the real thing is that what you study is equivalent or identical to the execution of the same...so as per your extraordinary concept that Creativeness and execution shall be greater than consumption..

Hey Aleena.. How are you doing.. Thanks for the lovely video... I think you are right..... We should give 90% of our leisure time for creation (specially spoken english) and remaining 10% for consumption. The main disadvantage of Indian society is we are kept away from speaking, no doubt we have studied all are life in English, still we are struggling to talk well... I think I will focus more on Speaking as compared to the other modules of this language......Thanks Aleena!!!
