As a Christian I feel this song and being diagnosed with anxiety and depression is the hardest battle to fight. But praying helps along with this song. It speaks the cry that I can’t speak up and tell anyone and when I do it’s me crying wolf and that I need to let the hurt go. But what people don’t understand is that all I needed was an ear. Mental health physically and spiritually is real we all need help.

Don't worry Love. A lot of people treat you as if mental illness isn't a real thing but it really is... And a lot of people are scared to speak up bout it because mental hospitals are scary... I know firsthand.... Just know I believe you and it doesn't make you any less of a Christian having mental illnesses

It’s sad because I never see videos that is from a man’s view of getting “abused” physically,mentally & emotionally. I never heard a story from a man until I met my husband and I’m happy god led him to me so I could show him the unconditional love he deserves. Anyone who is getting abused please have the strength to leave and love yourself first! You will someday find that someone for you.

Thank you. So many times I thought I was gonna leave this man. Even though the last time he almost killed me. Hes in jail right now. And I still talk to him on the phone. I still love this man even though I fear him. There are days I jus wanna end my life. Because I dunno who to trust anymore. Everyone I ever cared about has left me or abused me in some type of way. Thank you for the kind words Rey & Moniana. I self medicate all the time to cope with the pain my abuser has reflected on me. I dont really wanna die. I jus want the pain to go away. Although there are times I feel like I have nothing to live for. I'm so glad I came across this song. It's a beautiful song.

Never ever sacrifice your peace. Words mean nothing without action. I don't know you but it kills me inside to know I've been there and you say you're still there. I don't want you to die either. Don't you already feel dead emotionally and mentally.? Isn't that the same 😔 I guess I'm just a stranger that truly cares and understands. I agree. I'm in a abusive marriage and I tell myself & everyone I'm close to I'm gonna leave. My head knows better but my heart won't let him go. So I always forgive him and take him back. Even though the last time it got so bad, he almost took my life. But I still except his phone calls from jail. I cry all the time because I loved this man and gave him everything. Including myself love and respect. Hes broke me in everyway. I feel so lost and nobody understand what it's like unless they've been thru it themselves. I feel like such a failure because this is my 2nd marriage and if I get a 2nd divorce it doesn't look good. I feel as if somethings wrong with me if I can't even keep my marriage together. I'm my husbands 3rd wife.

No one deserves to live in fear, and a second divorce isn’t a bad thing fuck what anybody else has to say about your life then don’t have to live it you do and you deserve to live freely. You’re worth so much and I hope you truly find happiness and are safe mentally, physically and emotionally. It’s never too late to start a new beginning. This, got me really emotional look rather you believe in God or not you should pray pray to whatever you believe in you can pray to a little bitty bird that's sitting on your counter you'll be surprised how prayer works I've been with a man for 14 years had two kids by him and I'm meeting somebody new because the other person was very abusive and I end up getting a ring by this new person all I'm saying is still believe no matter what this new person I've I've been with going on two years and he never left my side which I thank God for and my kids love him and he loves my kids also stay blessed we all appreciate you no more looking in past we can't control that we can only control our future you got this girl💯

I been playing this song on loop for the past few weeks. I was in abusive marriage. Mentally, Emotionally, & Physically. I got out of it last year with my young daughter. We have massive PTSD from him & we are still healing. I already suffer from Depression & Anxiety so the PTSD, Paranoia, & Feeling like everyone & have experience of everyone we were close to just doing us bad & I took the path of leaving them for the sake of my daughter & I. I relate to this song so well that it brings back the memories & i shed some tears, but I sing it with pride.

Muffin Divine most aren’t sadly. It took me 13 years almost taking my life which now to this day I wish he did take my life sadly. I had stayed because I knew I had no family, wasn’t allowed friends so no where to leave to. Had no choice but to stay. One day he almost killed me so I left knowing I’d be homeless. Been living in my car with my large family dog taking up the whole backseat, I sleep in driver seat, and my parrot is in the front passenger seat for almost 3 years now. Suffering more out here homeless then I did staying with him. I’m more afraid out here alone every single day and night. I regret leaving sadly. I was already used to the abuse, everyday now I just wish he had killed me sadly. I’m dying out here in the heat in the snow and starving. This is torture out here.

Real life showing women and young women to never be afraid to ever get help, because most of the time abuse whether it's mental, verbal, physical, it's all life threatening in one way or another, never be afraid of getting help,. Watch the signs from the very beginning, a friend, boyfriend, coworker anyone, don't take any shit from anybody best way is to read about cycle and different types of abuse so u know what to look for, because If u learn on it own then like this video you will 100% need some fuckin help. Love ur self
