PACMAX absolutely deserved it, he brought the energy and the musicality while River didn't quite get the crowd, good judging on this one.

Let me just say how much I like seeing PacMax rising, even going on to win FBB! This guy has been on such a high level for A LONG time already and now it feels like he really refined his crazy skills! I love River' and both his rounds were very enjoyable, but PacMax just took control of the stage!! 🔥

Pacmax fully deserved this win. Ez decision tbh with all the things you mentioned. Pacmax’s second round especially was the best round in this battle by far. 💯

Right decision. At the end of the day, I love the tracks of River more. But in this battle it's just clear. PacMax was more in touch with the universe. :-)

firstly, glad you're reacting to the world champ videos! I feel like they deserve more views. my opinion on this battle slightly changes every time i watch it, but i still think pacmax won. River did the second round routine at GBB again and you can tell he learnt from this loss and structured the round differently to make it more attracting to both the crowd and the judges. Pacmax absolutely smashed it nonetheless, happy he made it far!

I believe that River just didn’t get the crowd reaction he wanted, and it’s really all about timing. When River performed this piece at gbb 23, I truly think it’s was well timed, had the reaction, and had been better fitted for the battle format. You live and learn, big ups Pacmax, big ups River!

Honestly I preferred River's rounds but its probably just a style thing. Congrats on the FBB wildcard btw. Looking forward to seeing what rounds you come up with for the competition

first rounds are equal for me but second round goes to pacmax because of river's tempo. still river's second round sounds so good

Completely agree with the decision. Also, you have to react to Astron's wildcard!! It's insane. He's a blind beatboxer from Argentina that has some of the craziest combos

PacMAX won, both had a kinda similar level with their beatbox skills with a tiny bit better skills from River’ , but PacMAX had the best strategy by starting melodic (River’ style) on 1st round, then smashing it on 2nd round. 100% deserved, really Nice judge decision IMO

If possible, could you analyze the FBB24 wildcard winners? Some wildcards are difficult to understand what made him pass.😢 (not hate. it just a personal preferance.) I'd like to hear your thoughts..

I think river round 2 was incredibly underwhelming, not at all suited for a world championship final. He performed it better at gbbb

I felt like River wanted to battle and didn't want to battle at the same time. It's like he was too focused, I mean concentration is needed but I feel like he was too much in it and couldn't give his best. I don't know how to explain properly, but the reason why I say so is because he sounded really powerful but slower than usual. That's just my personal opinion, don't get mad at me

For me the 2nd round of river was insane in the most refined way possible Pacmax was really solid on 1st round doing similar style to river up to that moment in competition, but the 2nd round was like "we know that stuff so lets move on!" Hes bring back the power, energy, technique was super strong, the special sound is so well develop Both worked so hard to get in the same stage, also pacmax after this battle didnt felt good at all because of his brother reaction on jury's decision.

PacMax’s 2nd round isn’t memorable for me, it had energy and some cool techniques, but overall didn’t compare to River’s rounds. Loved PacMax’s 1st round though, this was my favorite battle at world champs.

Of course it's understandable, it's also a matter of taste, both 1st rounds were amazing, second rounds I just prefer River's complexity than Pacmax up tempo hype, just a matter of taste as I said :) I mean they were at world championship they both deserved to be there and win :p

Pour moi pacmax gagne haut la main. Par rapport à River, j'ai l'impression qu'il a pris un gros coup de pression après le premier round de pacmax, peut etre qu'il s'y attendait pas ou qu'il a senti que son premier round était en dessous.. On sent que pdt le 2nd round il est beaucoup moins en controle. Battle de fou! Bien joué pour ta qualif au FBB24!!!

franchement pour moi pac max prend le premier round mais largement et pour le 2eme c'est close mais le premier a tellement d'avance qu'il prend le battle la dessus
