That made me laugh, thanks! 😂 Surprise! I know it looks like I only speak Hebrew all day, but actually most of my life is in English!

These conversation in two parts gives me a better perspective on how every single Hebrew and Greek learning video is made. All the chalenges that you both face (like being mom in Beth's case), all the difficulties that we viewers usually don't take into account. All the drawbacks that you have to overcome to produce all the highly appreciated material that you offer us in order to learn and improve our Hebrew and Greek. Thank you kindly. Since having you as teachers, we have to count our blessings. May God compensate and reward all you effort and work so that you keep on helping us out to learn or practice the two Biblical Languages. I'll keep you in my prayers.

I would never have known, Angela, that you do everything! I think the production value is amazing! Haven't watched your videos yet, Beth, will for sure! Thank you for great work!

I totally get the "perfectionist" comment. I am always tempted to stop and figure out every word I don't know instead of just reading over and over and comprehending what I do know. That is one thing that these videos have helped me to improve on. Thank you both for all of your time!

Being able to pause and rewind, or maybe even fast forwarding, really being able to learn at your own pace is a huge advantage of learning a language through video. Right now, it is important to me that i become literate in the Koine. Fortunately, I am a native English speaker, so already using a Latin alphabet and basically speaking a pigeon version of Greek already, it makes this a very realistic goal for me. Becoming literate in Hebrew must be very difficult by comparison. After I put in a lot more study with didaskalos Angela, I will learn how to speak Hebrew with you as well. I just dont want to confuse myself with learning both at the same time right now. I am a very new student and I will be a student for a very long time to come. Thank you for the wonderful, free education.

What you both are doing is wonderful! As a Spanish teacher, I've witnessed the evolution from textbooks/workbooks into online platforms over the past 20 years. This is so needed for biblical languages!

And I struggled my way to number 50 or sö and was exhausted. Now I started once again from the beginning a couple of weeks Aho. What a vacation with the simple man and the horse! Now I'm back on the late twenties and slowing down again from the fast repetition speed. So for me it's actually relaxing that new videos don't show up every Sunday. The classroom videos are nice and easy and maybe a good start for somebody new WHO would Look at a Hundred classes and feel strengthless.

About slow pace - I listen to the podcast when I walk my dog and I put the recording on x1,2 speed and without the pauses. That way I get a lot out of listening! Obviously I've seen the videos first, so it's familiar material when I listen for repetition!

I would like to start with both of your channels daily. What is the best way to do that, specifically with hebrew since there are more videos on that channel? Also, what technical resources would be good to use on iOS and Android? Specifically, recommended Bible with Strongs and transliteration and if there is a good vocab and parsing app? Keep up the great work, thank you :)

@@AlephwithBeth I thought of doing it myself, but I guess I am to buissy for that. Also I thought about the Problem, that the Aramaic portions of Daniel and Esther are a bit small to enable a real comprehensible input without having to use words / forms not attasted in the BA corpus itself. The Aramaic of Targum Onqelos would be a better source as it contains the entire five books of Moses....
