Do your research Chad Kroeger wrote this in 2002 for "Shaman" by Santana. The song was re-recorded in 2003 with vocals by Alex

hes the original lol hes not overdoing it. if you have listen to kroegers version then you would say alex is overdoing it. they both have different vocal styles.
