I don’t understand how these shows are supposed to be a good look for the Oppenheim Group. I feel like anyone with real money would avoid them like the plague.

Austin tried to make Jarvis look like a swinger and then got clocked for that so it’s not like this would be shocking if it were true. Austin’s clique consists of someone that cheated on his wife with the two others in the group so I think they’re good enough at lying and gaslighting to do this to Sean

So lemme get this straight, selling Tampa, another real estate show with an African American cast was cancelled because according the powers that be and public opinion the shows itself showcased more drama than real estate but here on the OC cast clearly the show highlights even more drama. Yet they’re heading their 4th season. Could it be racial bias, colorism, favoritism because the hypocrisy here is almost laughable. Furthermore I couldn’t help but notice on the season finale at how quick Jason wanted to remove himself from the hostile atmosphere that took place at the derby. Sean being a subordinate approached his leader for assistance and Jason’s exact words were “please don’t put me in the middle of this.” Wow. Yet no bats an eye.

Im so glad more and more people are coming to their senses. Tyler Austin Polly Hall are all garbage people. They are hiding so many lies and they used Sean as an escape goat. Any sensible person can see Tyler is scared shitless about being outed and Austin and his wife are weird, they DO give off swinger vibes and that whole scene in the restaurant with his wife sounded so rehearsed. Please give Jarvis her own show, I’m genuinely invested in her growth and life.

The office clique of Hall, Polly, Tyler, Austin, etc. do this every season, they pick a target and go after them. This whole thing with Sean was obviously coordinated by them and possibly production as well. I think what happened off camera is that they just simply started getting big egos, they viewed Sean as beneath them and started icing him out. Then at a certain point they got worried because Sean knows a lot of their secrets and if they continued to be cold to him, he might bring it to camera. So then they designed this plan to discredit him and basically force him off the show.

The group of Alex Hall are like the popular group in school, in which it’s very hard to hang with cos they will just protect each other. This isn’t school anymore. I am team Jarvis because she’s just all professional and no toxicity. I am glad to not be in high school anymore; no need for the Alex Hall group. If Jarvis is out, would not like to watch selling OC anymore. I like Jarvis and how she chooses to side with the right ❤

I KNEWWWW someone or multiple people overblew the story!!! Exactly how Sean puts it here, all he ever said was they were a bit too flirty and have mentioned being experemintal but he never mentions the edible/3some story in the whole season!! The first time we hear it is from POLLY!

Kayla is so odd in her behaviour. She does some very shady things and it’s hard to track her morals but at the same time i can tell she likes to start drama, but when it grows, she gets overwhelmed and wants to end it. She likes drama but she hates conflict, and that’s really what’s difficult to understand.

I hope jason sees this. O would never want any members of that clique selling me a house.

Everyone thinks Sean said this things because at the beginning of the season Polly said "Sean told me." But i went back and re-watched every episode and he never said those things at all, and no one says where they heard the rumor from.

I hope Sean can clarify about the edibles because Austin is the one to bring it up first and he said he heard from someone about that. So I don’t know how the edibles story came about

No we did not ever hear him say that. Kayla said he said that but there’s no clip of him saying it.

I think the producers wanted to make Sean looks like he’s lying I think everyone is lying at some point though

"What are you trying to do??" They were more than likely encouraged to jump on BS rumours for drama purposes... As they've gone through seasons (Sunset/OC/Tampa), the focus on houses has decreased significantly... but i think some of them were forgetting that in the moment, since they're there to do their jobs. Then you have some toxic AF "character" stirring the pot, in order to get screen time

i think the show has pushed it. they saw how alex, tyler, austin and polly are and knew they wouldnt mind starting drama. sometines when a character is quite, no drama producer push em out. and mostly like the producers and the bullies, came at sean to get him out and thats why it was so quick and random!

I did feel very confused in the end. I don't know why they kept to the 8 episode format when there is clearly so much more to address.

Is Sean completely oblivious to the fact that he was the one who kept spreading rumors and creating drama out of thin air? We literally saw him ON CAMERA say those things to Kayla about the edibles. Kayla actually wasn't initiating conflict this season ; she was reporting what was said to her and calling out Sean in his lie. Not a fan of either of them but Sean can't deny what he said when all of Americs got to see it on screen. Come on

Austin was mad because Sean basically publicly outted him as gay, and that triggered him thinking that could effect his marriage. Idk why people don't get that. I don't agree with both sides.

Kayla is the fakest. She even used Alex and flipped on her. For some reason most people (based on Internet comments and understandably on the super close interactions she’s had with Tyler while he was still married or at least freshly separated) hate/dislike Alex and call her the bully. If you watch through Season 1 and 2, at least in her friendship with Kayla, aside from calling her out about trying to kiss Tyler because there is now rivalry involved underneath it all (not sure why all these women find Tyler so irresistibly hot … I don’t lol), she’s been mostly a good friend and supporter of Kayla. Due to that one listing they were initially both on that Alex decided to talk away due to her personal preference which she had all the rights to, Kayla started talking shit about Alex. Btw, there is for sure mean girl energy from the Jarvis and Rose group towards Alex as well. Just lots is unnecessary hate in my eyes because I happen to like her personality generally aside from her thing with Tyler. But ladies Tyler is a walking red flag anyway so just stay away until he grows up ok.

Jarvis uses Sean to do her dirty work. She encourages him constatly to go after people, she does not like just to say that SHE is drama free 😂

it's a case of he said, she said, but the only thing that really matters is who is selling real estate. If I am not mistaken, I believe that these two end up leaving the show and also did not end up having high sales numbers. I was team Jarvis, and did agree that Rose acted a bit trashy, but the fact that Rose is still listing homes & making bank like a fiend, and Jarvis is not, says a lot!!!

I don’t know whose telling the truth but Sean did bring up the THC cookies and then in last episode acted like he never heard of it soooo 🤔

I am not sure how this type of show is good for the Oppenheim group. Even if I had that kind of money, I would never go through their doors...this last season was my last season of this show...I only watched to see some beautiful homes...however, not even that is enough of a draw to watch a bunch of young people act a fool...

Sean is lying. How comes the most reserved,quiet, non problematic, family oriented guy had all the guts to in the world to approach you sexually??!!. It doesnt match Austins personality and what weve seen of him this past year. I think he had a crush on Austin and has an altered perspective on reality because of his obsession with Austin.
