This coach knows what he’s doing! He is doing a lot of things right he complimented her he told her that she was doing good and didn’t force anything out of her ability

In just this short video, although compressed, it shows her improvement over just a short time. This is what happens when you have a coach who can do what he is teaching and a student that listen and follows the instructions. She will go far if she keeps up with her training. Great video!

I did not expect this powerful man to be that flexible. It is so very rare that a man can do over splits, and teach it to young girl from that perspective. It encourages all of us men to not buy into the theory that we are not flexible.

it's not rare at all. if you are not a powerlifter it's advised adding a heavy cardio workout before weightlifting and a long time of stretching afterwards the initial training by lots of personal trainers. the ratio among the 3 trainings is change by person to person though.

No, la verdad así no funciona. Es una falsa creencia, hay mejores formas de desarrollar la flexibilidad y el talento, y forzando la estructura no es una de ellas.

Holy crap , for this guy being a male he sure is flexible and can stretch his legs in ways that would be excruciatingly painful for all other men , he does the same splits as the girls and doesn't have any problems doing it.

No, too tall and not strong or athletic enough. The ones that are future Olympians are more compact, stronger and athletic. You can see it from an early age. She doesn't possess those traits, it should be obvious and outstanding when you watch those type of athletes.
