Why is he talking about denom inations if it's non denom. No denominations in the new testament

You’ve completely misunderstood his entire point. Taking on a pastorate when it has an entire heritage with the intent only changing it from their denomination or even changing their doctrine completely is dangerously wrong, almost Diotrephes behavior-like. Do you believe the same way you do about confessional churches?
