Yikes. Alec saying "How ya doing" to some random person walking by, right during the middle of his "crying episode". That is CREEPY AS HELL.

It was just an attempt at trying to appear at ease like he wasn’t freaking out about him being the guilty party. However, he forgot that he was supposed to be freaked out about his family’s murders.

Now that we know the verdict and after watching these videos over and over again (because I am so intrigued) now I have to ask who is the young lady that sits two rows behind Alex to his left. Is she s sketch artist, reporter or what? She’s there almost EVERY day. She stares at the back of Alex’s head the whole time sometimes she look away but not often. Just curious.

A very key point from the 911 call - as every true crime junkie knows, 911 calls begin recording right after you key in the number, BEFORE the operator answers. Listen to Alec's call, total silence, no hyperventilating or crying, not a whimper, not a sound, and then the operator answers and he starts the melodrama. No one goes from absolutely nothing to hysteria within a few seconds unless they are faking. I hope the prosecutors mention this.

I have been watching several videos of the trial. This video just convinced me he killed his wife and son. I am a retired PO. I proudly did the ‘deed’ for 37 long years in two major police department. The fact that if I just showed up to the double homicide of your wife and son, and you start, unsolicited, telling and giving me a possible ‘motives’, not ‘suspects’ for the ‘killing’ of your son and possibly your wife, tells me a lot about where your concerns are. As we cops would often think when a ‘possible’ suspect voluntarily offers ‘motives’ o ‘reasons; “What is the price of oranges in China has to do with what is going on here.” The fact that the ‘reporter’ is too ready to help and not distraught considering what he just found, is a clear ‘red flag’ that something is not ‘right’. Would I be ‘greeting’ anyone at the scene as if I was just walking down ‘Main Street’ while my wife and son are laying on the ground with their brains splattered all over the place? I don’t think so. This ‘lawyer’ is going down the tubes.

If you think that proves guilt, then I’ve seen people guilty of a car accident they’re nowhere near. I have an idea, how about the state comes up with how it’s possible for him to have done it and hid the blood and firearms, and they provide evidence that it happened. Even the judge said there’s no direct evidence so the state has to prove all kinds of fraud instead. Sounds wrong to me.

If I am a Juror, the lack of preparation by the defense counsel to have the body cam footage at least broadly catalogued with quick reference time points, and their ineptitude at adapting in the moment, to present sections of the video in a timely manner, is highly irritating. They had this video in discovery for MONTHS before trial, so the lead Defense Counsel saying "I apologize Judge this technology is difficult" is pathetic. You can't blame the technology IF you haven't properly time stamped the transcript from you are improperly READING FROM in your cross examination. He's saying "I want to hear page number____" well, the defense team SHOULD HAVE at minimum, included their own time stamp reference range for each page of the transcript they possess. It's sloppy and disrespectful to waste the jury's time with these unnecessary delays, and frankly, blaming it all on "technology" is disingenuous. I am not impressed with the Defense Team at all.

I find it hard to imagine being able to speak after finding your alleged loved ones expired by means of gunshot to the head. Genuine scenes have people sobbing/screaming uncontrollably to the point where they cant give statements. The "Hey how you doin?" Is strange as well Also when he asked multiple times if they were in fact deceased. I feel like hes trying to get reassurance. Almost like he believes they DRs will be be able to revive the victims. In that scenario there is a possibility the victims can give statements.

I'd be in so much shock and my mind would be numb. When my stroke survivor husband fell out of bed, went into a seizure and cut his head it looked like he was dying. I had to ring emergency for ambulance and couldn't even remember our address. I did manage to get the correct info out all the while my hubby was going blue in the face. I had to really try to focus while the paramedics worked on him, to answer their qestions. Thankfully he is doing fine now. Also I didn't cry all through the weeks he was in hospital, staying strong for him. But months later I did cry with the memories of it.

I found my friend passed away by a self inflicted gunshot to the head. Over 30 years of friendship and he was never depressed, on medication or talked about 5uicide ever. It was very obvious he was dead but I was in so much shock I was viewing all the blood as vomit. It didn’t make sense but I didn’t see the gun and dark stuff was all over him. I couldn’t move. I couldn’t touch him. I couldn’t process anything. When help arrived they were asking me questions but I was going into panic attack. I have two police reports with me saying very different things and I don’t remember any of it. I do remember constantly asking is he dead? Is he dead? Over and over and over. I wasn’t screaming or hysterical. Let’s just say it was obvious he was gone. At the hospital I could answer questions better because they got me calmed down. I saw the video of Alex and his reactions seem very normal to me. I would start crying but try so hard to stop so we could figure out what happened. I still didn’t know he took his life at this point. Another friend on scene was yelling No very loudly to the police. He was angry but for the most part it was calm. When Alex is quiet he looks dazed and in shock. I just zoned out if someone wasn’t talking to me so I was grateful for conversation in a way. I can’t judge people anymore at the scene. I don’t know if Alex killed his wife and son or not. It is definitely likely someone else might kill them. He is a bad man stealing money like he did but I don’t necessarily think that makes him a killer. I look forward to seeing the evidence.

It is my understanding that Alex was embezzling money from the firm because of his drug habit, his wife was divorcing him, and because of Paul driving a boat drunk, he caused the boat to crash, and a young woman fell out of the boat and drowned, so Alex was being sued for $30 million because of her death. I agree?! I haven’t seen one person mention this but his first words to the responding officer discuss what Alex believes were the events PRECEDING the double homicide?! When your wife and son are dead of a gunshot wound and you come upon them…and 911 sends out an officer…when they ask what’s going on…you start with: omg I was doing this then that and this and then I came here and I found this and that. I attempted to render aid xyz etc etc…not: ok well this all started months ago my son was accused of xyz…and they had to have come and shot him…that’s what happened… Like, WHAT?! No. Not normal. Not to mention his fake tears. And the surviving son looks like he just pranked his buddy in English class…?! Not like he’s at his fathers murder trial accused of killing his brother and mother?!

That’s absolute nonsense. If someone close to you was just executed, you would be listing everything you could think of for an enemy. The police always ask you if you know anyone that might harm the victim. Now the fact he did what the cop asked, is what you think is proof he’s guilty. I guess an innocent person doesn’t mention the people trying to ruin your life, right? Wrong. Innocent and guilty people will list enemies. It’s no more evidence than the fact he has a trigger finger.

For anyone who is interested, The Behavior Panel uploaded a video on February 9 where they analyze the body language of Alex where he is on camera while he is sitting in the police car and being interviewed by an officer (possibly the detective and a female officer). The Behavior Panel is a KZfaq channel consisting of four experts in body language who upload videos every Thursday, where they analyze clips of different people who are talking on camera, or being interviewed, etc., (usually criminals, although recently they talked about Harry and Megan and the Johnny Depp and Amber Heard and others), and they analyze their body language and speech and give their opinion as to possible deception. All four experts agreed Alex’s body language screams deception and bs and they believe his behavior shows the opposite of proper emotion and lack of innocence.

I don't think anyone wants to be associated with this man or with what remains of his family at this point. That's a small enough community that they pretty much understand what's gone on and can watch what they want as a lot of people are from afar. What I can't believe is that his remaining son sits there in support of him I suppose or morbid curiosity but no matter how much I loved my Dad, I would not be seen as publicly supporting his criminal activities, including the probable killing of my Mom and brother. But that's just me. Perhaps others, or most would do what this son is doing. I just couldn't.
