Otto Farrant plays Alex Rider in the new Amazon Prime spy series, but he admits he wouldn't be great a spy in reality.
The series is based on Anthony Horowitz's Alex Rider young adult spy novels.

Lily James I know you commented this a month ago but, in the intro why is there someone parachuting of a roof, cause that sort of happens in one of the other books but not point blanc, anyone have and idea?

Learning that they would adapt the books into a series was a pleasant surprise for me and the show did exceed my expectation, I really liked it and can't wait for another season :D

8 is slowly becoming the standard for shows these days (especially originals by netflix or amazon since they aren’t being aired on TV) and tbh i prefer 8 concise episodes with the right amount of action than 20 episodes where more than half are just fillers and drag on the show.

Don't worry, as long as you have patient you'll be fine! They've already announced a season 2 for this series, based on Eagle Strike, which is predicted to be released summer 2021, as long as COVID doesn't wreck anything :)

just finished binging it, couldn't get up, finished it in one sitting it was that good! *As a fan of the books, i love how they didn't copy too much from them, but were actually able to execute it so much better.* _Otto is perfect for the role, and the ENTIRE cast really..( i saw Andrew Buchan and Vicky McClure and felt a little Broadchurch moment there xD) but i just simply cannot wait for season 2._

Alex Rider and His Dark Materials were the biggest letdowns of my Childhood 😭 What's worse is that both of these films had stellar A-star casts. But they felt so cheap at times. Thank goodness this series is spot on
