Wow. I had no idea that Alex Thomas wrote for The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. That's one of the reasons why I like Comedy Hype, because I've learned a whole lot of stuff watching this Channel that I never knew about black entertainers. Pop 718 It’s all good. When a movie or tv show has the script developed a punch up writers job is to tweak the lines where they may need some tweaking, adding jokes, phrases, etc to make the dialogue pop more. So when Will gets a script he’ll call Alex and ask him to punch it up for him. He may have others but I know that Alex is one of his main go-to guys for that.

That’s a VERY good question. This NEVER happened in the 60s-80s. In my opinion, when Def Comedy Jam came out, they incorporated hip hop into comedy. The also incorporated their mentality and behavior. Its very sad. You’ll never see Jerry Seinfeld saying anything bad bout Jeff Foxworthy. You’ll never see Foxworthy saying somethin bout Jay Leno. It’s a very stupid, sad, ignorant behavior that exists.

Really, this is some emotional S**** Aries Spears did NOT throw Alex Thomas under the bridge but Thomas definitely threw Aries under the bridge by calling him 'bitter'. In the process, everybody is dismissing Aries simply stating Eddie Murphy is NOT networking...(that is a business term) with other Black men. Spears should have handled it differently he should have gone to Eddie's house and ask for a business meeting, he should have respectfully asked for the come up. Great interview. Alex Thompson shows that there is more than one definition of "success"! He started off having a goal of being a stand-up comic but by being open he was able to capitalize off of his talents in many different ways!!! Aries believes in atheism hes just one of those guys who cant be happy. He over thinks shit, for example Alex is friends with eddy & eddys has the most money out of majority of his friends I'm sure eddy has done so much for ppl but it just doesn't get told because thats not what friendship is about to air out what you do for ppl or for ppl to air out what you do for them like it's a clout contest. . Aries is thinking business and that's why hes not in the inner circles it's not always about business it's about just getting the guys together hanging out eating good food and being able to come in the interviews and share those kind of moments. I'm sure eddy pays for everything and probably tell his friends dont bring anything he got the bill. Probably pay for car services for those who need to get home from over drinking or he probably let ppl stay at his home when they cant make it back home when he have parties that's what friendship is about. I'm sure Alex can tell alot of funny og stories about eddy and Charlie. It's not about coming over and thinking "omg I have to make eddy laugh" or thinking "I need to be eddys friend so hopefully he can put me in one of his movies for a check" that's some ol leaching ass bullshit and I wouldn't want anyone around me that has aries spears thought process.
