Love the videos man keep up the good work. May I ask, what exhaust is on the car? Turbo sounds and looks good and this would have been an amazing video for me when I first did my turbo in my brm about a year ago. Im sure your going to help a lot of people with this video and we all appreciate it❤️

I very much enjoyed this video, not the first time I have heard of parts like this coming from the factory with loose fittings; you would think they would tighten everything to spec. Good idea with the wire loom, but of preventative maintenance 👍 Sucks about the damn windscreen.

that wiring you pulled of is for the injectors not the crank sensor, i have a 1.9 asz theyre pretty much the same only bigger injectors and some other stuff. u run the 1756gtb almost the same but bit bigger.

You put on a bigger turbo but you can´t clean that intake manifold? Why? When I was putting a bigger turbo on, my intake only had slight carbon build up and I still clean it.

Ina reeinforced valve lifters , cams, 150+ injector nozzles , arp/pd150 head bolts, big turbo, big ic, intake and exhaust manifold 70mm. Thats the receipt for 300+ hp

If u dont wanna get headlift with this turbo put pd150 head bolts. They are strongest oem bolts.

@@Alex_Widuch I have a PD150 bora/ US jetta, I didn't need to do this upgrade, I think it would be best to change the head gasket as well.

Australia got the best TDIs regarding emissions and sensors. My set up is very basic. No sensors on actuators. Just a short exhaust dumping out the bottom.

If it wasn’t for performance TDI I wouldn’t have my big turbo upgrade on my CJAA TDI they are the only ones with a oil feed line that works with the filter housing location
