Interview people lower down in the chain- not executives and heads of houses, but more entry-level roles and how they broke into the industry in todays hyper-competitive market. Especially those who didn't study fashion.

Its funny how Leandra and Alexa have completely different vibes... they clashed at moments...Alexa will be forever my favorite fashion star... so sweet and down to earth, breathtakingly beautiful and smart. Fashion needs more people like her...

+sofi DIAZ I agree--you'd think they'd hit it off, but Alexa seemed almost a bit nervous, or just less relaxed than usual during the interview, like she was taken aback at Leandra's openness-verging-on-brashness. But both her and Leandra have great personalities.

Incredible series for those wishing to delve into the industry, those struggling in the industry and those in need of a bit of inspiration and/ or encouragement. As a full-time blogger, I've been dying for this episode in particular - delighted with how it was approached, as blogging can still be something people demean and not take seriously (at all - v frustrating). Every episode gets better and better! The whole series is so well put together and Alexa is what truly brings this series to life! Would love to see Mary-Kate & Ashley and their business on the next series + model interviews (perhaps Gigi, Kendall, some of the VS crew) + more interviews with industry heavyweights. I find this whole world so intriguing!!

As a blogger myself, trying to differentiate myself from other bloggers is something I have been trying to enforce within my blog, and hearing both Leandra and Alexa's viewpoints and advice has definitely inspired me to push myself to create innovative content. As someone who is interested in building a career in fashion but who is also passionate about environmental issues, I'd love a segment on sustainability in fashion. I think it's something that people need more readily-available information on, presented in an engaging and inspiring way such as in this series!
