I am an avid #MentalHealthAwareness advocate and spoken word performer, and I love this so much. I travel the country trying to bring that awareness on stages, in classrooms, hospitals, and on my KZfaq channel, so I get excited when I see other advocates. 💙❤

I love how non-judgemental and compassionate Ms Karen is. She is so empathetic with Alexa kahit parang hindi niya naman siguro naranasan ang naranasan ni Alexa. I suffered from eating disorder for over 10 years because I experienced a lot of abused and trauma that triggered it. Now I’m getting help and trying to heal from everything. I have so much empathy for Alexa ♥️
