I now have the voice-only Alexa devices throughout my 96yo uncle's home. He knows to ask Alexa to call me, or anyone else on his iPhone contact list for help.

I got a Lifeline from my health care and the first time I had to really use it, it didn't work!! If my grandson, who is 10, had not been with me, I would not have been able to get help. My daughter called to complain about and all they would do is send out another device and it's been a week and we still haven't received it. The present unit I have won't charge and is useless. I am not sure I even want to keep it. I wish my health care would pay for another device.
