Well following the tour of my company's offices last week, I thought I would take the opportunity to walk you through some pieces that didn't quite make it into the final collections. There are only a few pieces here, as most of our designs make it to the shop floor... but let me know what you think!

I'd just love how straightforward she is with her ideas and thinking and doesn't sugarcoat anything. She enjoys what she does and excels in it, so in love with her, you've been my every day woman crush, Alexa!

Those knickers are the kind I had for my infant son who is now 51- so bought in 1968- because I didn't want plastic ones over his fabric diaper. Fun looking at near-misses as whenever I try to sew, 95% of mine are total misses. Love your channel.

I feel like half the things that didnt make the cut back then, are already making the rounds now. I must say the knitted shorts are my favourit out of these. Even after your final presentation. You could literaly wear anything and look awesome. cheers!! PS: Really miss your videos, I see you haven't uploaded in a while.

I feel Alexa is the exact definition of eclecticism and timeless style... from her beret/mini skirt outfit at the Met Gala and timeless shirts with frills, flowers and silk to her classic printed t-shirts/velvet suit or shirt/jeans combo.. You can picture her as much in a pub in Ldn as on a red carpet.. She's the utmost definition of l'élégence à la Francaise (with that perfect touch of British humor ofc) - from Pareee with love

This is great. I think it's really important for aspiring designers, or indeed any creative person, to see that the finished, polished collections we see on the catwalk are the result of a ruthless process of trial, error, back to the drawing board and so on. Perfection doesn't just happen!

I actually really like Wimbledon coat. I’ve got a similar style light spring coat by an Australian brand called Simona in a pale yellow and grey colour way which I loved and which got loads of compliments till it got too small (actually I got too big) so I would possibly have bought that!

Omg I’m crying...that coat...
