Yes my friends, I am back! As you will see I have just designed my first sleepwear collection, and it was a dream (pun entirely intended)...
I might have the pyjamas (or pajamas) but as someone who is yet to perfect the art of sleeping well, I have embarked upon some a journey to find out how to get the best night's ZZZs. First up, a visit to my meditative friend, Amber Anderson. She is not only a fab actress but a music genius who swears by weighted blankets...

For me to sleep well, the room must be cold. The colder the better. A weighted blanket is like a giant body hug. A daily nap is a necessity. Since I live in Southern California I have eye shades and an app that simulates rain. Very cozy.

Miss you! Naked sleeper and new found silk jammies lover. Like a cold room but in LA it's not that way (I'm a midwesterner) so the ceiling fan helps. I love linen bedding. Oh and Alexa you sleep like my kitty Ludwig - adorable 💋

If you need any help I can come over and read you Why We Sleep by Professor Matthew Walker. It's a great book which might scare the bejeebers out of you, but it will probably change/save your life.
