There’s something magical about people collectively being off-key. They aren’t doing this musical because they’re talented, they’re doing this because they think it’s fun. I only recently got into Hamilton and my excitement will probably die down, but I wish my school would create events where people outside of drama club or whatever could sing in a musical. If I didn’t have crippling social anxiety and self-worth issues I’d jump at the chance to play Aaron Burr or Alexander Hamilton because I resonate with both so much. Sorry for the rant, it’s just that singing is something I like but don’t like to share, and people act like it’s exclusively for the talented and good-looking.

This is the closest I'll get to seeing Hamilton

If I tried to this, i'd probably sing the original words and teach kids to swear on accident ._.
