Love how the male models stood the side and checked the girls out. It's like a big party! Always can see the mile on the models's face at the end of Lee's show. Guess all of them loved him so much and were proud of him :)

You can really tell this is the first collection where he had a decent budget to create--this is so much better than any of his previous collections in terms of fabric quality, etc.

Seriously a work of art. The aura that he creates through his work is intense and emotionally charged. I got a hold of the Savage Beauty book, and I was stunned to see almost all the pieces with such technical craftsmanship. Truly a legend of fashion, who will always stay alive in our hearts. Respect to the passion and talent.

I think what made him so remarkable was he was able to find inspiration from different elements and by juxtaposing these different elements he would recreate something new in his own vision. He had an obsession with religion too, his last collection was also very heavily religious. I find his sad demise very troubling, it pains me when talented people take their own life, but tis the burden of genius I suppose.

I just love the heart of the "east end" feel of the show! The male Asian models almost flirting and pestering the beautiful English Girls on the catwalk! The clothes were sublime!

I nicknamed her: the bird lady from a vid my Designer friend (who was Friends with the Prez of Givenchy at that time -when Alex worked for them) showed me exquisite COMPANY only video...and I spotted her!!!!! Adrian 1996 i think it's only sacrilegious if you want it to be. The show and the clothing tell a story, these are the characters. It's okay to reinterpret ideologies and not believe in them necessarily....it's...fashion.
