Superb ..A.Popov was my all time hero..I have participated at state level swimming..My coaches didn't know crap about technique or science .. all that those dumdums did was shout and make us do more & more laps.

The ideas from Gennadi Touretski were ground breaking. Way ahead of other coaches; different planet. Popov being 6' 7'' also helped the situation!

very intresting, the science of a perfectionist,...and to stay on the top or be better than the others, you need always doping, such as in other sports; cycling, tennis, football, basketball, athletics, ...ALL sporters are using doping, no exception

what do you mean so? we aren't talking about some random cat, we're talking about the 2 greatest russian sprinters ever. with the logic you just put right there makes vlad sound even better than he is already. you just negated you whole argument.

Anthony Koo the point is am trying to say is that height isnt that important i mean it is ofcourse better to be taller. and i didnt say anything bad about vlad he is such a legent and my idol next to manaudou and peaty
