Ill never undeserstand the need for theatrics in the service industry. Put the drink or food in the glass or on the plate and have it taste good. As quickly and safely as possible. Thats all thats needed to enjoy a drink or meal. Ok, cool, youre talented at spinning a bottle or whatever. Meanwhile, ive now wasted 6 minutes of my life and the drink still isnt in my hands...... and THIS is what we're handing out awards for these days? Good lord.....

Sloppy , dirty and unprofessional So grateful that i make drinks as an art , not as a show He didnt prepare the ice cubes , they will melt and water down the drink , it takes 20-30 seconds He wiped his face with the same rag he wiped the glasses with He dropped the shaker He spilled I'd get fired and be ashamed of such a crappy performance
