So smart, so talented, so indomitable. You cannot crush define or restrict a woman like Sasha. She's about something and is unapologetic as one should be. Listen, in female skating, they have the rule that women cannot jump quads in the short program, thus limiting her and others' ability to maximize their scores while favoring those who are usually more artistic and cannot jump (or do as much). So on the one hand, they say, both art and jump matters. But if you can jump, hey, you cannot excel. But if you can do art, here is a free pass. How can this be fair? Even a 5th grader would analyze this and see the mistaken assumptions and biases. Then, they wonder why she cried after the Olympics. Firstly, she is young and has feelings. Secondly, both the scoring system for females and the actual judging system was/ is unfair. They open their eyes when and for whom they want, and close it when and for whom they want. Hopefully, now Sasha can focus on having fun because win or lose, she's already the best and knows it. World records aren't a joke and a sport is either a sport, or it isn't one.

You make zero sense. PCS scores by how they are calculated have always been more limited than technical scores. Even with no quads, it is possible to get a technical score higher than the maximum points possible for PCS. Also, to be clear, PCS is not just artistry. Part of it is, for sure, but not all. Skating ability is part of the sport, just like jumping. Being in control of your skates is foundational, hence why mastery of it impacts your score.

Фигуристки России - самые сильные, мощные, красивые в целом мире. А Саша - это уникум. Почти вся страна болела за неё на ОИ 22. Кто знает, у Саши есть ещё шанс побороться за Олимпийский титул. Время покажет. Мотивация у неё есть)))

The SP (3A) was the only thing why she had only silver at the end.

If she did in the Short an clean 2A she will still get silver. There was a reason why she was going for the 3A. Anna got 4.29 points for the clean 2A - Sasha 3.2 for the 3A (fall) plus - 1 because of the Fall. This are 2 Points. Maybe Sasha got clean 1 to 1.5 more Program Components points. That would be 3.5 Points max for a Short Program with a 2A. Still not enough to get Gold. But that Anna with two quads got more TES than Yuzuru with 3 quads two 3A and an 4A attempt is unbelievable.

Trusova did the best women skate in the world and she will remain the best quads skater. Nobody will compare with her and she gave her best under Eteri, this is a simply reality.
