I really need to get out to Apgujeong more! Whenever I’m in Seoul I always go north of the river but I’m hardly ever south even though I need to go through there to get to the north. I find it annoying how I have to make reservations now cuz I got turned away from 7 places in one night once

Hi Alex. I am a bit late but I loved your vlog. I could have just grabbed that pumpkin tart straight out of my computer screen, it looked so yummy🥧. The vegan food is beautiful, how do you two eat like that and stay so slim? 🤭 I so want to visit SK one day, you inspire me. I am quite a bit older than you, (but people tell me I look a lot younger) do older people still fit in ok in places like Seoul and Itaewon? I've got this special little book that I'm jotting down all these lovely cafes you visited, the 'Dear Dahlia' looked absolutely gorgeous. I mainly buy all of my clothes, furniture, household items second hand. Idk if you do this (since you talked about sustainability I figured you might), do you have any advice for the best way to do this in Korea? I’m planning to move to Seoul next year

Hi girl! I love that you buy everything second hand ❤️ there’s definitely lots of vintage / thrift stores in Seoul with lots of amazing clothes (I’m planning on doing a thrift haul soon 🥰) so that shouldn’t be a problem at all when you move here! As for furniture / household items - one app I love using for anything second hand is Karrot (당근마켓)! They have loads of second hand items and it’s very easy to use (only thing you should be aware of is you’d have to be able to communicate via chat in Korean). Unfortunately, even after lots of searching, I haven’t had much luck finding a physical store in Korea that sells second hand furniture/household items 🥺 if you ever find or discover one, I’d love it if you could let me know as well as I’m always researching for good second hand places in Korea!
