Mine personal hair growth journey of success, I followed this daily regimen: Take morning sunshine every day for vitamin D. Eat vegetables of all colors. Applying paraben and fragrance free shampoo and gently massaging twice a week with hair oil by litttleextra cooconion. Imp. to keep in mind that hair growth is influenced by general health as well as circulation and diet.

I’m in the army right now so I can’t grow my hair out sadly but I’m super glad I came across your channel you have amazing tips for men and that’s what I needed. For the swimming tip, I’m a competitive swimmer and there are many hair treatments you can do if it becomes a problem. Also great video man helped a lot.

currently 24 y/o and never really cared much about my own maintenance until one day i realised my hair was thinning. Ive always had fine thin hair cus I remember back then alot of my classmates have told me tht my scalp was visible in certain angles under the sun but it nvr really bothered me until recently when I could really see my scalp without any light shining on it. Didnt knw shit about how to take care of it so Ive been spamming these hair tutorial vids for men and hopefully its not too late for me

Hey Alex, I've started following you on insta and KZfaq and watching your amazing content. I've grew up with curls and waves and really want hair like you, but I don't know if it would be possible. I feel like my hair would be because it looks good after I take a shower, but immediately changes from nice waves to full curls. I oil my hair with Macadamia Oil, and after watching this video I see some changes I can make.. but the question is, do the hair products change your hair type? To be frank I love your products and it makes me happy to see how your hard works pays off even I'm proud honestly... but if I had to give a FEEDBACK I think that a lot of hair products such as yours also are ment for all hair types except for very dry curly frizzy hair types just like mine, because even the forte shampoo and conditioner does the opposite to my hair, even though I follow instructions its makes it hard, in other words not silky Nor smooth or anything of the above, I'm not saying there bad or anything just speaking from my experience since I know that for others its works like magic, and in the future I really hope you get to read this and take it to consideration Its funny because even people specialize in hair can't help me with my hair type problems... but I hope that one day I can have hair as smooth and awesome like so many others... but yeah God Bless you Alex Costa, your awesome, take care.

Hey, i have a question tho. So if i use the clay everyday, that means i have to shampoo everyday too in order to get it out of my hair and isn't that bad for your hair?(shampooing everyday)

you don't need to shampoo everday with clay, you can just use water and conditioner if you need to.
