I turned 31 but still I'm following all his knowledge and experience so that I can bring the best in my life! Alex Coasta has really changed my views about myself... Ik many ask me.. You have crossed 30 already and you think you can compete with the younger guys (20s) who are already up in the their game? But you know what, Nothing is too late if you just start now..and Alex has been a big influence for me when it comes to this! Just a humble request brotha from my side could you make a video for guys are who in early 30s or just have turned 30 and who are restarting everything about their lifestyle, fashion sense, fitness...
